We all know that in every organisation, some individuals hold positions of authority, guiding their teams toward common goals and objectives. Yet, not all who lead are true leaders. Some assert their authority as bosses while others embody the qualities of genuine leaders who inspire, delegate, and drive their teams to success.

  • INSPIRATION Vs. FEAR:
A leader over time has built the capacity to inspire their team through positive reinforcement, recognition of achievements, and leading by example.
