Today, I want to introduce three(3) species we may have heard of, seen, or yet to see.
So, let's take a look at the difference between a ”Minor/Small Mind, Ordinary/Average Mind, and Great Mind” to enable you to know the category you belong or to be able to identify one. Follow me as I unveil their attributes...
MINOR/SMALL MINDS
This set of people has a gossip tendency. They are only after people's matter or things which
aren't going to make any positive impact.
A FEW THINGS TO EXPECT FROM THEM ARE; Bad mouthing others, complaining, chit-chatting on irrelevant things that will never make them smart, gossiping etc... Now, with this kind of attitude why won't they be astigmatic In their thoughts, or how will they be able to relate contexts from a different phenomenon into one practical cognition?
NB: ”A stinging mind will only be prone to discussing people”. - Identify these people and flee from them!
ORDINARY/AVERAGE MINDS
This set of people is majorly confused. They get distracted easily. They get scared of exploring and wouldn't want anything that will make them think out of the box so they would rather discuss events/happenings. They have the tendency to discover what the problem is without looking for a solution.
Looking for a solution, to them, is the extra mile and they are not prepared for that long walk.
They are mostly distracted by exhibitions that they don't realize the power they have. This kind of people stay focused on events and expects things to happen...because they speculate events happen to people, rather people make events happen. Chai! What a sad way of thinking!🤷♀🤷♀🤷♀
NB: ”They love to find out the things which already happened”. Wanna be close with this kind of people? Then you must be ready to push and change their thought process. #thinkaboutit
GREAT MINDS
These set of people are the ”ADVENTUROUS kinds, the I DON'T TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER, the PROBLEM SOLVERS, and the I CAN MAKE IT HAPPEN”. For better illustration, the Aliko Dangote (Dangote Group), Femi Otedola (Geregu Power PLC), and Oloruntola Olusesan (Faraday Projects), are only but a few to mention. These are men who are more concerned about ’the why’ and ’the how’ of a phenomenon. They love to discover new ideas. To them, talking about ideas means not just taking what is proposed to them, but rather digging deeper. They ensure to understand root causes, i.e.; how things came to be. Querying validities. Specify solutions.
I've been privileged to have a one-on-one conversation with Mr Olusesan Oluruntola, the CEO at Faraday Projects, words can't express how I felt after that meeting.
WHERE AM I DRIVING?
Great minds are people who hanker after ideas, they have a purpose in their lives, and they have the capability of explaining a complex thing in a few words. Wow! How sweet that is!😊
When you sit with them, they are sure to have meaningful conversations. They can curb a problem as well as solve the problem.
They are always aspiring to be efficient and unearth new ideas which can change the world around them. They are action-oriented, unlike the average minds that are talk-oriented. (I believe you now understand that saying; ”action speaks louder than words”)?
NB: ”Over time their hard work and perseverance always distinguish them from the rest”.
After reading and digesting the above, the sincere question should be; WHERE DO I BELONG?
Kindly share your thoughts in the comment section.

Well captured. I think it won't take much time for a reader to identify where they fall under and then decide if they're okay being there or not.
