HAVE YOU EVER IMAGINED YOURSELF WITHOUT A PAYCHECK?

PONDER ON THIS! 🤔

So I hear lots of employees complain about their job, they say things like; I'm tired of this job, this wasn't what I applied for, my boss is frustrating me, they aren't even paying me well, I'll quit my job, etc... Now, the question is how assured are you on getting another job if you quit the current one? Or will you just seat at home and become a burden to your family and friends? If they give you money this month, do you think they will continue giving you money every month?

My dear, 10,000 naira today without another consistent 10,000 naira monthly is not a good deal. Na better frustration e go amount to in due time oooh. Be wise when taking that drastic decision.

My candid advice; ”Patience is a Virtue” that we all must pray to have. I know it really can be annoying earning little because we've all got bills to pay at the same time meet our personal needs but don't forget this; ”Half Loaf is Better than None”. My ex-boss once taught me something I can never forget in a hurry. He said, if this wasn't the role you applied for, then you've got to ”OWN IT” that's the only way you can give in your best and within a twinkling of an eye you will start loving your job. That word totally changed my mindset and attitude towards work and trust me, I confidently can work anywhere and with any kind of boss, all I need is for you to put me through, I'll Own It and Get The Job Done no matter how much you are willing to offer.

YOUR TAKE HOME: No matter what you are going through in that office, be patient, learn, own it, love your job, stay focused, don't even have the thought that your boss is frustrating you, don't quit and one day it will pay off big time!

NB: No forget say na Naija we dey oooh, nobody send you oooh, you gats send yourself so that e go dey well with you.

May God Help Us all... Can I get an Amen?

  1. I fear you for one thing...whatever you say of you is the final. If you say you can't, you are correct. And if you say you CAN you are also correct.

You can rewrite your story. You can change the trajectory of your destiny. There is a lot you can still do when you get to that limit.

  3. I personally think it's a two way thing. If the job has bigger prospects, then you can patiently stick around and wait.

But if it doesn't, I'd advise you search for a better paying job while you're on it.

If you have plans of working for yourself, a salaried job could be a great way to save up capital to kickstart.

In all, I believe your vision should inform your decision.
